Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally shipped within 3 to 7 days for books, 7 to 14 days for clothing, after receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste or any other carrier.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, be sure to check the accuracy of your address, special care is taken to protect fragile items.
The boxes are provided by La Poste, we inform you that we do not accept returns.
